The cities of Hong Kong and Macau are well worth a visit- Macau if you like to gamble (It has some of the world’s largest casinos outside of Las Vegas), Hong Kong if you like to marvel (It is HUGE- almost incomprehensibly so). Each has its own kitschy corners and interesting street markets, and enough personality to keep you intrigued for days on end.
